To register multiple children for our camp, simply fill out one order form and "purchase" as many spots and deposits as you need. Please be sure to indicate the names and ages of each child you are registering in the appropriate box, and which camp weeks each one will be attending.
Your registration is only valid if you pay the refundable deposit at the top of the registration form (or via mail to our offices at 1415 N. 2nd Street, Suite 22B). Registrations may be adjusted/canceled if we do not receive your deposit in a timely manner or your child is not within the age range of the requested camp week.
A refundable deposit of $25 plus a nominal processing fee is required for each camp registrant, whether registering for one week or multiple weeks. (In other words, separate deposits are NOT required for multiple camp weeks. However, multiple deposits ARE required for multiple children.) WE CANNOT CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED THE DEPOSIT.
Upon request, your deposit can be returned to you after your child has attended the camp week(s) for which he or she is registered, though most families elect to donate their deposit to help fund the camp. Should the registrant fail to show up for a confirmed program OR cancel the registration less 1 week prior to the scheduled start date, we will process your deposit into our general operating fund.
Once the deposit has been forfeited, all future confirmed registrations will be void and another deposit will be required to re-register for additional weeks of camp, pending availability.
